Fact: You do not burn fat around your stomach just by doing abdominal exercises. Your abdominals will be visual only if you have a sufficient fat percentage. For men it is 10% -12% and for females it is about 16% -18%. If you want to lose excess fat you need to do some sports like running or ballgames and you also have to change the way you consume food.

Myth 2: You need to do a a lot of sit ups do to get your abdominal muscless ready

Fact: That's not true, you have to make sure that the exercising you use are of of a good quality, if you combine that with a beneficial diet and some extra sport activities like running or Ballgames or whatever you will not have to do hundreds of sit ups per day, it wouldn't even work

Myth 3: You should train your abs every day to get your abdominalss to show up

Fact: It's even better to schedule the days. Your abdominal muscles are just identical to the rest of the muscles in your body. They require rest to grow. By day-to-day training you give them no relief and you wont get the effects you are striving for


Myth 4: Women need a opposite program than males to train their abdominal muscless.

Fact: The muscles of a females work the identical as the muscles of a male. Women usually have a bigger fat percentage and would therefore need to do more other sports. But the abs workout remain the same.

Myth 5: If I stop training my abdominal muscless will change into fat.

Fact: First abs don't turn in to fat, period. When you end with exercising there is a chance that your abdominal muscless vanish because of the fat rising back on the muscles, but if you do your good abs workout and you watch what your eat, you can keep those tight abdominalss forever.
